Nick had a business trip this past week and was gone for a couple of days. This means I was responsible for feeding myself three whole meals, all on my own. And do you want to know what nutritious meals I concocted?
That would be ramen noodles, cereal and cereal.
Obviously, I revert into a college frat dude when left alone.

Those sound like delicious dinnertime options!
Mmmm... Ramen. Now I want some.
cereal is my main food group, dood. i totally feel you. :)
All you need to add is english muffins and peanut butter. It is great for any meal!
As long as you didn't play beer pong along and haze the neighborhood kids, you're fine.
haha. that sounds like what clancy does when i leave! i take it nick does most of the cooking?
Hey, when the hubby leaves? My son and I eat like that too. heehee. (ok, so maybe there's at least one trip to McDonald's thrown in there too. Ok. Maybe TWO.)
LOVE your new look!
mmmmi love those options.
What's wrong with those meals? I mean, if your hubby was away much longer you'd probably want to throw in a PBJ sandwich or two for variety, but I think your menu sounds fine :)
haha, that's something I would do too. Or Kraft Mac n Cheese (old school version, nothing new and fancy)
Hey, now. Nothing wrong with Ramen and cereal!
Yesterday I was off work and MB was not. Here's what I ate, all day: one SoftBatch chocolate chip cookie (all that was left in the package) and a banana. When he got home I was all, "GAH I'M STARVING WHAT DID YOU BRING ME TO EAT??" Cuz I clearly have the foraging and self-feeding skills of the average toddler ;)
cereal is a staple around these parts. don't feel bad, Mark and I actually took the time to make two meals in a row that consisted only of chicken tenders and french fries.
Oooo, cereal is my favorite! It's the perfect meal :)
Ooh. That makes me a frat dude. Period. Hahaha!
