I know I should get over it, but I'm kinda bummed that my husband didn't really do anything for me for valentine's day. I spent around $70 buying him stuff for his ipod and I got nothing. Not even a card. He brought me some takeout last night because I was babysitting, but that's not really anything out of the ordinary. We eat out a lot! So yeah... I'm Mrs. Bitterpants today. Especially since back when I bought him his ipod dock 3 weeks ago and told him it was his Vday present, I also told him that I wanted a laptop case for vday... and then I bought him another present and a card on vday and I got nothing.

Ok, I'm done ranting now. I really need to get over it.

Your day sounded awesome! Happy belated Valentine's Day. Not much happened here-- Jojo was sick, so we just slept when we could. Mr. Squirrel sent flowers (tulips), and we made turkey burgers. Mr. Squirrel also shoveled the driveway 3 times. GOod times.

Shoveled 3 times?!?! (My 5 year old in me response) That must be awesome for sledding and snowball fights.
(My 24 year old response) That sucks. I would hate to try to drive to work in that. Also, it must be awesome for sledding and snowball fights. :)
I have sort of boycotted shoveling the driveway as it will eventually melt, right?

I was thinking of doing Chinese takeout! But we ended up at Bravo! italian restaurant. It was yummy though!! What kinda chinese food do you like?? I looooove the General Tsao's chicken :D

A better question would be what kind of Chinese food I DON'T like! We order in way more than we should, but it's just soooooooooo tasty. I have a friend who doesn't like Chinese food at all -- I just don't understand.
